Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Go-Mart. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Here's what you need to know:

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and appear on your account statement.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the exchange process.
